Your data is not used for any purpose other than to facilitate your use of Candle Jar. No third parties have access to your data. For security purposes, your personal details have been encrypted.
In the future, we may share some relevant information with partners for advertising purposes to offer our free members relevant offers (paying customers will be able to opt out), but we will never share your personal recipes as we are committed to keeping them private!
In addition, we may use some information to train AI (artificial intelligence) models but we will first request your consent to do so. Such AI will have the purpose to better assist our users with the design of their future candle recipes, helping them reduce cost and waste during testing.

Yes, of course you can! You can add a vast array of containers or moulds to your candle composition.

Candle Jar will support the making of candles in either container or moulds but you my find some limitations in making tapered candles
Other candles you may have issues with are candles that require complex compositions such as replica dessert candles due to the intricacy of the details required. However, these candles will be supported by Candle Jar in the future

Yes! We cater to candle makers world wide. Grams, ounces, ˚C, ˚F. We will ask you for your preferred units once you have signed up.

Yes, you have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to your Account > Subscription > Cancel subscription

Franglo Ltd is a registered limited company originally founded by Samuel (co-founder of Candle Jar) for any IT projects he completed in the past, as a contracting software engineer. Candle Jar is one of those projects.
